The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the official notification for the CRP CSA-XVI (Clerk / Customer Service Associate) Recruitment 2026, covering a total of 11,403 vacancies. IBPS CRP CSA-XVI Age Limit

Minimum Age Limit: 20 Years | Maximum Age Limit: 28 Years
Age Relaxation Rules Apply: SC/ST candidates get 5 years, OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) gets 3 years, and PwBD structural assets receive up to 10 years as per IBPS CRP CSA-XVI Rules.

How to Fill IBPS CRP CSA-XVI Online Registration Form 2026?

Candidates must first visit the official IBPS website, www.ibps.in.
Click on the “CRP CSA” link on the home page, and then click on the “CLICK HERE TO APPLY ONLINE FOR CRP- Customer Service Associates (CRP-CSA-XVI)” option to open the online application form.
Register your application by filling in your basic details in the online application form.
After this, the system will generate a provisional registration number and password and display them on the screen. The candidate should note down the provisional registration number and password.
Upload a clean passport photo, signature, left-hand thumb impression digital file scan, and a handwritten declaration copy.
Fill out the online application form completely and fill in all the fields carefully, as no changes can be made later to any information entered in the form.
Candidates can pay the required fee only through online modes.
Candidates must take a printout of the e-receipt and the online application form for future reference.
