AAI Pay Scale & Salary CTC Structure
- Manager (Group A: E-3 Level): Rs. 60,000 –3%- 1,80,000/-, Approximate CTC Rs. 21 Lakhs per annum.
- Junior Executive (Group B: E-1 Level): Rs. 40,000 –3%- 1,40,000/-, Approximate CTC Rs. 14 Lakhs per annum.
- Additional Benefits: Dearness Allowance (DA), HRA, Perks, CPF, Medical benefits, and Gratuity apply as per standard AAI institutional guidelines.
