IBPS RRB Educational Qualification

• Desirable: Computer knowledge or awareness.
For Officer Scale II (Manager) :
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university or equivalent.
• Specialized knowledge in areas such as:

• Agricultural, Marketing, Law, and Finance, depending on the post.
• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in banking/financial institutions.
For Officer Scale III (Senior Manager) :
• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or equivalent.
