NHPC Non-Executive Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications (Post-Wise) :
• Assistant Rajbhasha Officer / Hindi Translator : Master’s in Hindi with English elective or Master’s in English with Hindi elective For ARO, a minimum of 60% (Gen/OBC/EWS) or 50% (SC/ST/PwBD.
• Junior Engineers (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, E & C) : 3 year full time diploma in respective discipline with 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD).
• Supervisor (IT) : Graduate with DOEACC “A” level, or 3 year Diploma in CS/IT, or BCA/BSc (CS/IT) with 60% marks.
• Senior Accountant : Inter CA or Inter CMA (CMA Intermediate)

NHPC Recruitment 2025 - Selection Process
The candidates registered online with NHPC and have filled all the requisite information in conformity with eligibility criteria shall be provisionally allowed to appear for Computer Based Online Test (CBT) and Written Test (as applicable).
The Minimum Qualifying Marks in CBT and Written Test (as applicable) for consideration of candidates in selection process shall be as follows:
General/OBC/Gen-EWS
: 40% of total Marks
SC/ST/PwBD : 35% of total Marks
Based on merit of Online Test, the provisionally selected candidates shall be called for Document Verification (DV) at Corporate Office, Faridabad. In this process, all the requisite documents will be verified against original marksheet / certificates. Further, at the time of DV biometric authentication of the shortlisted candidates will also be done.
On successful completion of DV, the final selected candidates will be given provisional “Offer of Appointment”.
