•  Candidate Click on "Apply" button and Enter OTR Registration Number and click "Proceed" button.
•  After click on "Proceed" button, application form will open with basic details entered in OTR.
•  Candidate should enter required qualification details for the post applied for.
•  Then after entering the verification code shown in "Enter Verification Code". 
•  Click on "Proceed for Entering Other Details" button and Applicant will reach the second section.
•  Click on "Submit Details (Part II)" given under the applied post on the UPPSC Dashboard page.
•  Candidate complete the Part-II page and pay the required application fee.
•  Now take a Printout or Save in PDF on your Computer for future record.
