KGMU Non Teaching Selection Process

The selection will be done based on the marks obtained in the Common Recruitment Test (CRT). There will be no interview as per “The Uttar Pradesh Direct Recruitment to Junior Level Posts (Discontinuation of Interview) Rules 2017”.

Final Merit List: The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in the CRT only for all categories (i.e. GENERAL, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, etc) separately and rank will be awarded to all qualified applicants.

Results: Examination marks will be declared on the website.

Verification of Documents : Candidates will be invited for the physical verification of original documents at KGMU  according to their merit list and category, following the declaration of examination marks.

Appointment Letters : Appointment letters will only be issued to successful candidates based on the merit list and category, provided their documents have been verified.

Biometric Verification : Biometric verification of candidates will be conducted at various stages, including during the examination, document verification, and after joining KGMU.

Before filling the form, candidates should carefully read the Eligibility, Age Limit, Educational Qualification, Application Date & Fee, Vacancy Details in the notification. Interested candidates can fill this form till 31.01.2025.

·       Before filling the form, candidates should scan all the required documents and save them on the desktop.

·       Candidates should now search the link to apply the application form. Fill all the columns of the application form carefully.

·       After filling the application form, upload photo, signature, educational certificate, ID card and required documents.

·       Then pay the application form fee.
